The Bellini was created by Arrigo Cipriani at "Harry´s Bar", Venice
Do you add Peach liqueur to a Bellini?

Recipe#1: Gary Regan
- 2 ounces peach pureé (see below)
- 3 1/2 ounces chilled Prosecco
Add the peach pureé to a Champagne flute, and slowly add the chilled Prosecco, stirring constantly to incorporate the ingredients.
