The Bellini is a Cocktail which consists of Peach Puree, and Italian Sparkling Wine.


Named after the Italian Artist Giovanni Bellini.

The Bellini was created by Arrigo Cipriani at "Harry´s Bar", Venice


Do you add Peach liqueur to a Bellini?

No.


Common Recipes

Recipe#1: Gary Regan

  • 2 ounces peach pureé (see below)
  • 3 1/2 ounces chilled Prosecco

Add the peach pureé to a Champagne flute, and slowly add the chilled Prosecco, stirring constantly to incorporate the ingredients.
