The Blue Hawaiian is a cocktail that contains rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut, making it a blue Pina Colada. However, some recipes substitute cream of coconut with coconut-flavored rum or leave it out altogether. This cocktail shouldn't be confused with the similarly named Blue Hawaii.
