Boker's Bitters

A victim of the 1906 Pure Food & Drug Act, long-defunct Boker's Bitters has finally been resurrected by Adam Elmegirab of Evo-Lution. The Bitter Truth is also working on its own reproduction.
Founded in 1828 by John G. Boker, this product was frequently used in 19th century bars, and features prominently in the drinks recipes compiled by Jerry Thomas.
Boker's Bitters contains quassia, areca nut, cardamom, calamus and orange peel, macerated in whiskey.
