Original Recipe
- 2 oz Applejack
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Sweet apple cider
Place 2-3 ice cubes in an old fashioned glass, add applejack and bitters, and fill with cold cider.
Alternative
A more modern version of this cocktail includes Scotch, soda and dash of bitters.
