The El Floridita No.2 is a Cocktail consisting of Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Fresh Lime Juice, Chocolate Liqueur, and Grenadine Syrup.

Recipe#1: Gary Regan
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounce white creme de cacao
- Grenadine to taste
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Recipe#2: Robert Hess, Drinkboy
- 1 1/2 ounces rum
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- Splash white crème de cacao
- Splash grenadine
Shake with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
NOTE: The key with this drink, is to get just enough crème de cacao so that you can taste it, but not so much that it is obvious.
