The Chilcano is made with pisco brandy, lemon wedges, ginger ale and Angostura bitters.


  • 1 1/2 oz pisco brandy
  • 3-4 lemon wedges
  • Ginger ale
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

In a collins glass full of ice cubes, place the lemon wedges. Pour the pisco, top up with ginger ale and a dash of Angostura bitters.
