Cranberry juice

Juice made from cranberries (Vaccinium oxycoccos). The primary producer is Ocean Spray, whose product is the industry standard.
Recently Ocean Spray reformulated it cranberry juice so that it no longer contains artificial dyes. This means that cocktails featuring this ingredient are no longer as brilliant red in appearance as they used to be. This is probably for the better.
