Liqueur made with violets. One maker of this liqueur is Rothman & Winter.

Not the same as Parfait Amour which is also violet coloured but flavoured with oranges instead of violets; similar but not quite the same as Creme Yvette, which is made with violets, vanilla, berries and other ingredients.
