A cocktail by Chad Doll, bartender of Bryant's Cocktail Lounge, Milwaukee, Wis.
- 1 1/2 ounces Luxardo Amaro Abano
- 3/4 ounce Ron Zacapa 23-year-old rum
- 1 flamed orange twist, as garnish
Stir the Luxardo and the rum over ice; strain into a chilled champagne coupe. Light a match and hold it close to the top of the drink. Take the orange twist in your other hand and hold it by the sides. (The colored side of the twist should be pointing toward the drink. Hold the twist over the match and squeeze it to release its oils.
