Luchador

The Luchador is a Cocktail which consists of Tequila, Chocolate Liqueur, Fresh Lemon Juice, Pureed Peaches and Eggwhite.
The Luchador was created by George Sinclair, December 2006.
Recipe
- 50ml Tequila
- 15ml Creme de Cacao(light),
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice,
- 15ml Peach Puree,
- Eggwhite.
Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass; Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
