MacArthur Cocktail

The MacArthur Cocktail is a drink which consists of Cointreau, Fresh Lime Juice, Eggwhite, White Rum, and a dash of Dark Rum.

Historical Recipes

Port Arthur News (1942)

  • 1/2 oz lime juice,
  • 1/2 oz triple sec or Cointreau,
  • 1 1/2 oz. White Rum,
  • 1/4 oz. Jamaica rum,
  • half teaspoon white of egg

Shake with Ice, and then strain into Cocktail Glass.
