The Mirage Cocktail is a Cocktail which consists of Absinthe, Chocolate Liqueur, and Ginger Syrup.
The Mirage Cocktail was Created by George Sinclair
- 37.5ml La Fée Absinthe
- 17ml light/white crème de cacao (Chocolate Liqueur)
- 12.5ml Ginger Syrup
Shake hard with crushed ice, then strain through a sieve, into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist, which has been squeezed on to the surface of the drink.
