The Mojito Criollo is a Cocktail which consists of Rum, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sugar, Mint, Shaved Ice, and Sodawater.

- Build
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar, muddle with several mint leaves & lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- Add lime shell in glass
- Fill 2/3 with shaved ice
- Fill with soda
- Add mint leaf
- Serve in a tall glass

- Several sprigs fresh mint
- Peel of 1 small lemon, without the white pith
- Juice of 1 small lime
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 ounces Bacardi light rum
- Sparkling mineral water to taste
In a mortar, crush the mint leaves. Combine the leaves and the remaining ingredients, except the mineral water, in a cocktail shaker, stir well to release the mint aroma, pour without straining into a tall glass, and top with sparkling mineral water.

- A drop of Angostura Bitters
- A small branch of Mint (to crush it slightly)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Just a little bit of soda water
- One Jigger of white Rum
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
To mix well and to adorn with a mint small branch.
