An after dinner cocktail with brandy, port wine, egg yolk and cinnamon.

Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cl Brandy
  • 4 1/2 cl Red Port
  • 1 cl Yolk egg

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
