The Presbyterian is a whiskey (usually American or Canadian) highball, with equal parts club soda and ginger ale. It's often called the Press for short.

The customer will usually specify what kind of whiskey to use, such as "VO Press".

Recipe

Pour whiskey into a highball glass with ice, then fill to the top with equal parts club soda and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon twist.
