The Acapulco is a Cocktail consisting of Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Triple Sec, Egg white, Sugar, and Mint.
Commonly the Acapulco is made with Rum, but a drink of the same name is also made with Tequila.
Common Recipes

- Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain
- 1 1/4 oz light Rum
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 egg white
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Add mint sprig
- Serve in a cocktail glass

- 1 1/2 oz White tequila
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- Lemon lime soda
Combine tequila and pineapple juice in an old fashioned glass over cracked ice. Fill to the top with lemon lime soda.
