The Pineapple Mojito is a Cocktail which consists of Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Sugar Syrup.

Recipe#1: George Sinclair, Thinking Bartender.

  • 2 shot White Rum
  • 1/2 shot Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 shot Fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 shot Pineapple Juice
  • 6-8 mint leaves

Gently muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the shaker, and then fill the shaker with the other ingredients, plus ice. Shake it all up, and then strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with a couple of Mint Sprigs.


Recipe#2: DISCUS (Distilled Spirits Council of the United States)

  • 1.25 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Cream Sherry
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 3/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
  • 3-4 Mint Sprigs
  • 2 tb. spoon Fresh Pineapple
  • Splash Ginger Ale
