The Cugat Conga is a Cocktail which consists of White Rum, Grenadine, Fresh Lime Juice, and Absinthe. It was named after Spanish-Cuban bandleader Xavier Cugat (1900-1990).

- 3/4 jigger Bacardi white rum,
- 1/4 jigger Grenadine,
- juice 1/2 fresh lime,
- dash Absinthe,
Shake with Ice, and then strain into Cocktail Glass.
