- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Chartreuse
- 1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Serve in a cocktail glass.

"This cocktail was introduced around here about thirty years ago by Frank Foggerty, who was very well known in vaudeville. He was called the 'Dublin Minstrel' and was a very fine monologue artist."
