A name like Orgasm guarantees that countless mixologists over the decades have independently assigned this name to drinks they've concocted. Add to this a drink called Screaming Orgasm with which it's often equated or confused, and we have a morass of disparate and conflicting recipes.
So, what is an Orgasm? There is no fixed answer, though most versions include cream or Irish cream liqueur.
