The Presbyterian is a highball with bourbon, club soda and ginger ale. It's often called the Pres for short.
Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
- 2 oz. club soda
- 2 oz. ginger ale
Pour bourbon into a highball glass with ice, then fill to the top with equal parts club soda and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon twist.
