The Air Mail is a Cocktail consisting of Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Honey, and Champagne.
Common Recipes
Recipe#1: Cocktaldb.com
- Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/build
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice,
- 1 tsp honey,
- 1 1/2 oz gold rum.
- Mix in shaker:
- Strain into highball glass
- Fill with Champagne
