The Appendicitis is a Cocktail which consists of Gin, Orange Curacao, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Egg.

Created by David Embury to celebrate his daughters operation.
- 8 parts Plymouth Gin
- 1 part Orange Curacao
- 2 parts Lemon Juice
- 1 part Egg
Shake with ice and strain to a chilled cocktail glass.
Translation into Mls
- 60 ml Plymouth Gin,
- 7.5 ml Orange Curacao
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice,
- 7.5ml Egg
Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass.
Translation into Shots
- 2 shots Plymouth Gin,
- 1/4 shot Orange Curacao,
- 1/2 shot Fresh Lemon Juice,
- 1/4 shot Egg.
Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass.
