Common Recipes

Recipe#1: Paul Harrington, Cocktailtime.com

• 1 1/2 ounces Applejack
• 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 ounce Grenadine Syrup

Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass.

• Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain
• 1 1/2 oz Applejack
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Substitute Fresh Lime Juice)
• 1/2 oz Grenadine
• Serve in a cocktail glass

Recipe#3: Dale DeGroff, King Cocktail.

• 1 1/2 oz. Applejack or 1 1/2 oz. Calvados
• 1 oz. Simple Syrup
• 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 Dashes Grenadine

Shake all ingredients and strain into small cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple slice and a cherry.
