The Chimayo is a mixed drink which consists of Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice, Blackcurrant Liqueur, and Apple Juice.
- 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
- 1 oz. Unfiltered Apple Juice
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Creme de Cassis
Stir in a glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of unpeeled apple.
