Though freshly squeezed orange juice is the best, it's also acceptable to use bottled or cartoned orange juice in premium drinks, since the juice retains its freshness for a relatively long time under refrigeration. This is not the case for lemon or lime juice.

The juice of the orange (Citrus sinensis). Though freshly squeezed orange juice is the best, it's also acceptable to use bottled or cartoned orange juice in premium drinks, since the juice retains its freshness for a relatively long time under refrigeration. This is not the case for lemon or lime juice.
