The Matador is a cocktail consisting of tequila, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.
Note: the term "Matador" is also used for describing a drink made from bar mat spillage, often consumed by some daring (or crazy) individual at the end of the night.

- 1 oz Tequila
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Juice from half a Lime.
Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass.
