Also known as a Sloe Comfy Screw, it's a Sloe Screw with Southern Comfort added.

- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz sloe gin
- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
- 4 oz orange juice
Build over ice in tall glass.
