Who created the Ibsen?
The Ibsen was created by George Sinclair.
The Ibsen is named in honour of Henrik Ibsen.
Ingredients
- 50ml aquavit (Norwegian)
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml orgeat syrup
- 1/2 Egg white
- 2 dashes bitters
Mixing instructions
Shake with ice, then strain into ice filled whisky glass. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
