The Paloma is a Cocktail which consists of Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice, Grapefruit Juice, and Sodawater.
"Paloma" is Spanish for "Dove".
"Dove: an infestation that corrodes the leaves (pencas) of the maguey." -
Recipe
- 2 oz Tequila
- 3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Sugar Syrup (optional)
- Splash of Sodawater
Shake with Ice, and then strain into an Ice-filled Tall Glass. Top with Sodawater. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
