The Chilcano is a peruvian collins, made with pisco brandy, lemon wedges, ginger ale and Angostura bitters.
Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz Pisco Brandy
- 3-4 lemon wedges
- Ginger ale
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
