A cocktail contains Gin and either Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale and sometimes Citrus Juices.

Use a large mixing glass, fill with lump ice.

  • 1/2 jigger Lime juice
  • 1/2 jigger Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Bar sugar
  • 1 jigger Gin

Stir well; strain into a tall, thin glass and fill with Ginger Ale.

  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • Ginger ale

Pour gin and lime juice into highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale. Stir. Add a slice of lime.
