The Snood Murdekin is a popular shot made from Vodka, Kahlua, Chambord, with a topping of Cream.
The Snood Murdekin derives it name from a corruption of the name Snusmumriken, who is a character from the Moomintroll books by Tove Jansson.
The Snood Murdekin was created by Dick Bradsell, originally using Finlandia Vodka which is from Finland, the home of the Moomintrolls.
Original Recipe
- 1/3 Vodka
- 1/3 Kahlua
- 1/3 Chambord
Shake with ice, and strain into shot glasses. Float a thin layer of cream on top of each shot glass.
