The Pink Lady was a popular cocktail in the 1940s, consisting of gin, egg white, grenadine and cream. It may have been a variation of an earlier cocktail, Lady Mendl.
Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 1 egg, white only
- 1 tsp sweet cream
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into a 4 ounce cocktail glass.
