The Blow Job is a popular shooter. There are numerous recipes (generally varying proportions of two or all of the following: Kahlua, Baileys or Amaretto), but they have one feature in common: they are topped with whipped cream. The gimmick is for the drinker to pick up the glass with the mouth (no hands allowed) and drink it in one gulp.
Here are two common versions:
Recipe 1
In a shot glass or liqueur glass, layer:
- Kahlua
- Baileys Irish Cream
- Top with whipped cream
Recipe 2
In a shot glass or liqueur glass, layer:
- Amaretto
- Baileys Irish Cream
- Top with whipped cream
The opaque Baileys when added to the transparent Amaretto makes for an interesting visual effect as it settles into the Amaretto.
