Baileys Irish Cream (note the lack of an apostrophe in the brand name), is a cream liqueur with an Irish whiskey base made by Gilbeys of Ireland. It has an alcohol content of 17% by volume.
It's made with a secret recipe that includes chocolate, vanilla and caramel.
