The Mary Pickford was created by Fred Kaufman, at the Hotel Sevilla, Cuba. (1920's)

- two-thirds pineapple-juice,
- one-third bacardi,
- with a dash of grenadine.

"equal parts Bacardi rum and pineapple juice, a teaspoon of grenadine and a few drops of maraschino."
Mary Pickford Institute
- 1 1/2 Oz. Light Rum
- 1 Oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Tsp. Grenadine
- 1/2 Tsp. Maraschino Liqueur
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur, and grenadine. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Maraschino Cherry.
