Rum version of Arrack Punch.

"at the bottom of which we entered into a cavern called the Devil's Cellar, in which my guide told me, there had been many bowls of good rum-punch made and drank"


"The Times", of London, 17th October 1791

"...mentions [a] Gentleman of his acquaintance, now in his 80th year, who for 40 years past has never made use of brandy, and says that rum-punch with Seville oranges is an excellent anticorbuie[?]"

Recipe

  • 3 oz of Pineapple juice
  • 3 oz of Orange juice
  • 3 oz of Lime juice
  • 8 dashes of Angostura® bitters
  • 6 oz of Rum
  • 2 oz of Simple syrup

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve in four seperate tall glasses.
