Scotch & Soda

A highball consisting of Scotch and soda water. At one time the most common highball, and was sometimes itself called a "Highball" or "Scotch Highball."
Recommended Glassware
- Highball Glass
Recipe
- 2 ounce Scotch
- Soda water or Ginger Ale
Pour Scotch into an ice-filled highball glass and fill the rest with soda water or ginger ale.
