			Recipes
Shake well with cracked ice:
- 2 oz golden Barbados rum
 - 1/2 oz white crème de cacao
 - 1/2 oz lime juice
 - 1/2 tsp simple (sugar) syrup
 
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
David Wondrich's Recipe
Shake well with cracked ice:
- 1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse rum 9 or similar)
 - juice of 1/2 lime
 - 1/2 oz white creme de cacao (Marie B or Bols)
 - dash (say, 1/2 teaspoon or so) rich simple syrup
 
Strain into chilled cocktail glass and let a couple of drops of Angostura bitter fall onto the surface of the drink.
