Brazilian Coffee Batida (1981)
- 1/2 cup cold, strong coffee
- 2 egg whites
- Lots of cracked ice
- 2 shots of rum
- 3 teaspoons sugar
Take two cocktail glasses, moisten the rims and dip them in one of the teaspoons of sugar. Take all of the remaining ingredients and put them in a cocktail shaker. Close and shake vigorously. Strain the batida into the glasses and drink.
