Recipe

  • 1 1/2 shots Havana Club 3yo Rum.
  • 3/4 shot White Creme de Cacao.
  • 3/4 shot Fresh Lime Juice.
  • 1/4 shot Raspberry Puree.
  • Eggwhite

Shake with Ice, and then strain into Cocktail Glass; Garnish with a Raspberry, it should be floating on the surface foam.
