White Star Imperial Daisy

- 2 ounces Chateau L'Aubade VSOP Armagnac
- 1/2 ounce Gilka Kummel liqueur (a Russian caraway liquer)
- 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup, made from Turbinado
- Moët White Star Champagne, chilled
Shake Armagnac, liqueur, juice and syrup with ice and strain into a large, chilled cocktail glass. Top with 1 or 2 ounces of Champagne.
