The Pink Lady was a popular cocktail in the 1940s, consisting of gin, egg white, grenadine and cream.

Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • 1 egg, white only
  • 1 tsp sweet cream

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into a 4 ounce cocktail glass.
