White Star Imperial Daisy

  • 2 ounces Chateau L'Aubade VSOP Armagnac
  • 1/2 ounce Gilka Kummel liqueur (a Russian caraway liquer)
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup, made from Turbinado
  • Moët White Star Champagne, chilled

Shake Armagnac, liqueur, juice and syrup with ice and strain into a large, chilled cocktail glass. Top with 1 or 2 ounces of Champagne.
