Staten Island Ferry

The Staten Island Ferry is a variation on the Piña Colada that does not require coconut cream, and thus is more easily mixed in bars that lack the specialty ingredients and blenders that a Piña Colada would require.

- 1 part pineapple juice
Serve over ice in a highball glass.
