The Pink Squirrel is a cocktail consisting of creme de noyaux, white creme de cacao, and cream. It's a member of a family of sweet, creamy drinks that enjoyed great popularity in the 1970s.

A Recipe

Shake with ice, and then strain into a cocktail glass.
