El Guapo

Recipe

• 3 oz Tequila blanco
• 1 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1/2 small Cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1/2 tsp hot sauce
• Salt and pepper

Muddle lime juice and cucumbers in bottom of cocktail shaker. Fill half way up with ice, add tequila, and shake. Pour into a tumbler with some of the ice and cucumbers. Add hot sauce and salt and pepper. Suggested garnishes: small red pepper, green olive and/or lime wedge.
