The Mitch Martini is a Cocktail consisting of Bison Grass Vodka, Apple Juice, Peach Liqueur, and Passionfruit Syrup.

Created by Giovanni Burdi at Match EC1, in Clerkenwell, London. The Mitch Martini is named after a customer called Mitch, who does voice-overs for British Television.
Original Recipe
2 shots Zubrowka (Bison Grass Vodka) 1 shot Apple Juice 1/4 shot Passionfruit Syrup 1/4 shot Creme de Peche (Peach Liqueur)
Shake with Ice, and then strain into a Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
