Cuban Special

			The Cuban Special is a Cocktail which consists of Rum, Pineapple Juice, Fresh Lime Juice, and Orange Curacao.

Recipe: "Cuban Cocktails" by Ramon Pedreira Rodriguez
- 1 oz Light Cuban Rum
 - 1/2 oz Triple Sec
 - 4 oz Pineapple Juice
 - Lime Wedge
 
Build in a Highball glass, squeeze the lime wedge and drop into the glass, garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.

- 4.5 cl White Cuban rum
 - 1.5 cl Triple sec
 - Fresh Pineapple juice
 - fresh pineapple
 - Lime wedge
 
In a tall glass muddle ( or use puree) 1/4 slice of pineapple, fill with ice, add all other ingredients, squeeze the lime wedge and drop in. Mix well, garnish with fresh pineapple.
